Fifteen years of New York buildings

Who actually turns up

Our technicians are certified and licensed pesticide applicators, trained in Integrated Pest Management and divided by speciality — bed bugs, rodents, fleas, ants, cockroaches and the rest of the interior pests. Quality control supervisors check the work rather than taking the technician’s word for it.

What is less usual for this trade is the rest of the bench: engineers, certified home inspectors, architects and construction consultants. It matters more often than you would think. A recurring rodent problem is frequently a grade, drainage or penetration problem, and a roach problem that keeps coming back is frequently a chase-sealing problem. Being able to name the building defect — not just spray around it — is the difference between a treatment and a fix.

How we work

Integrated Pest Management means going after the pest and its survival requirements — food, water and shelter — rather than reaching for a sprayer first. In practice that means we inspect properly before quoting, we tell you what the job actually needs, and we would rather tell you that you do not need us than sell you a plan you will not benefit from.

We are fully insured and run a formal safety programme to avoid contaminations and damage to our clients’ property. Every service under contract is conditionally guaranteed.
