Cited for vermin? Get re-inspection ready.
A health inspection citing evidence of rats, mice, roaches or flies is a deadline, not just a pest problem. We survey within one to two business days, correct the conditions behind the citation, and leave you with documentation that stands up when the inspector returns.
What the inspector is actually looking for
Evidence, and correction. Live activity, droppings, gnawing and harbourage all get cited — but so do the conditions that allow them: gaps around pipes and doors, standing waste, food debris under equipment, and unsealed cellar access. A single spray visit leaves every one of those in place. Correcting them, and being able to show when and how you corrected them, is what closes the loop.
How we run a food service account
- 01
Survey within one to two business days
Kitchen line, prep, dry storage, dish area, waste room, cellar, deliveries entrance — and the neighbouring occupancies that are feeding the problem.
- 02
Correct the conditions
Exclusion and sealing at the gaps that let them in, plus practical sanitation and storage changes your staff can actually sustain.
- 03
Targeted treatment
Monitoring and precise placements suited to a food-handling environment, scheduled around your service hours.
- 04
Documentation you can hand over
Service reports, logbook, material records and corrective-action notes, kept current on a monthly programme.
Questions operators ask
We have a re-inspection coming. How fast can you start?
Can you work outside service hours?
Will a treatment on its own clear the citation?
What documentation do you leave?
The problem is coming from the building, not our space.
If you own or manage the building as well, see how we work with owners and managing agents.
A deadline is a good reason to call rather than type.
